Changes in circumstances

Address Changes 

We need to have an up to date address to pay pensions.

You can keep us aware of your current address through SPFOnline.

If we do not have one, we may have to suspend payment of your pension.

You can contact us by phone, email or post to let us know your new address.

It's also important that HMRC hold the correct address for you, as you may end up paying the wrong amount of tax if the details they hold are not correct.


Bank Account Changes

You can change your bank account in SPFOnline.

For security reasons we cannot change a bank account over the telephone.
