On Thursday night, SPFO was named Finance Team of the Year at these awards which celebrate excellence in public finance right across Scotland.
The award recognised the success and impact of the Fund's 2023 actuarial valuation, and the contributions of the entire SPFO team in delivering it.
As the award nomination said:
"The actuarial valuation involves the entire team at SPFO - data, technical, investment, administration, employer communications and governance sections all need to work together, and with the Fund actuary, to deliver the valuation."
