Why won't my auto-saved password work?
Many devices will allow you to automatically save your user name and password. Our website does not accept this as the security question is the last information entered it will save this as your password. We would advise you to type in your email and password each time you wish to log in. Using the auto save will result in your account being disabled if your details are input incorrectly 3 times.
I can't see my other pension accounts
In order to navigate between your records on your SPFOnline account, click on the drop down arrow at the right-hand side of your dashboard. This will allow you to then switch records and make calculations on your other employment details.
My date of entry doesn't look correct
When viewing your membership details on SPFOnline, the 'start date' shown will be the most recent change to your employment i.e., change in hours, change of contract etc. If you wish to view when your membership began please refer to the 'date joined scheme'.
Why won't the benefit projector calendar accept my date of retirement?
If you are having issues using the calendar to select your retirement date. You can input your preferred date manually by clicking into the date box and typing this in.
I'm trying to update my death grant nomination
To remove a Spouse/Partner Beneficiary go into each field and remove the text then click submit to save the change.
To add a Spouse/Partner Beneficiary complete each field then click submit to save changes.
To remove or add any other beneficiary use the plus + or minus - buttons and click submit to save changes.
Please note that the total proportion for each nominee cannot exceed 100%.
