The committee approved:
- 3 new impact investment proposals: £25m into a Glasgow-based growth equity fund - Panoramic Fund 3; £25m into Palatine Impact Fund II; and £200m to be available for co-investments.
- Further development of the SPF Climate Change Strategy. This includes an interim target of 45% carbon reduction by 2030; joining the Paris-aligned Investment Initiative; and implementation of an energy company standards framework with immediate effect.
- The SPF 2022/23 Business Plan.
Total return for 2021 was +12.9%.
Fund value at 31st December was £28.7bn.
